
Ingredients
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 4 T. unsalted butter
- 1 t. black pepper
- 3 T. grated parmesan cheese
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
Directions
- Bring 2 cups cream, garlic, and butter to simmer over medium heat. Reduce to low and simmer gently until reduced to 1 1/3 cups, 12-15 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in remaining cream, parmesan. Salt and pepper to taste.
