
Ingredients
- Russet potatoes
- 1/2 C. Water
- 2 T. Table salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix water and salt for a brine. Dip potatoes in brine for a few seconds and place on a sheet with wire rack. Place in oven for 45 to 60 min until temp reaches 205°F.
- Remove from oven and brush with vegetable oil and return to oven for 10 min. Remove and slice open immediately to eliminate steam.
