
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 pkg coleslaw mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 cans crescent rolls
- 2 C. cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut up onion. Brown hamburger and onion. Add cabbage and steam. Add cream of mushroom and steam. Line 9 x 13 pan with 1 1/2 cans of crescent rolls-flatten. Top rolls with hamburger mixture. Top with cheese. Top with 1 1/2 cans of crescent rolls. Pinch top together. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
