Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag thawed, uncooked dinner rolls
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 6 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t black pepper
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • water

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef. Add onion, cabbage, salt, pepper and simmer for 30 minutes-add water to continue to steam and not burn cabbage. Cool until lukewarm. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat cookie sheet with cooking spray. Stretch out dinner rolls. Add 1/4 cup beef mixture to top of 1 roll. Stretch out another roll and cover the beef mixture. Wrap the ends of one dinner roll over the bottom of the other roll-sealing the bierock.
  2. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Brush rolls with melted butter and serve.
