Brown ground beef. Add onion, cabbage, salt, pepper and simmer for 30 minutes-add water to continue to steam and not burn cabbage. Cool until lukewarm. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat cookie sheet with cooking spray. Stretch out dinner rolls. Add 1/4 cup beef mixture to top of 1 roll. Stretch out another roll and cover the beef mixture. Wrap the ends of one dinner roll over the bottom of the other roll-sealing the bierock.
