
Ingredients
- 1 chuck roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Wash the roast and drain. Place in a large roasting pan (turkey roaster) and season with salt and pepper. Pour cream of mushroom soup over the roast. If your roasting pan doesn't have a VERY tight seal then use foil to create an airtight seal. This helps the roast stay moist and tender. Place in oven at 350° for about an hour then reduce temperature to 175° for 8-10 hours.
