2 T onion flakes or small cup chopped, fresh onion
2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 t italian seasonings
3/4 t black pepper
28 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 C shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Directions
Cook pasta and drain. Cook beef. Stir in onion flakes or chopped onion and seasonings. Add spaghetti sauce and soup, mixing well. Combine pasta, meat sauce, and 1 1/2 C mozzarella. Place in 1 large or 2 small pans.
To serve: Cover and bake 35 min., sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered @ 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
To freeze: Cover ingredients with foil. Write name of casserole and baking directions on foil on freezer ziploc bag with permanent marker. Thaw before baking.
