Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 C butter
  • 2 T cream cheese
  • 3/4 C grated parm cheese
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 C mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 6 oz. fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, finely chopped
  • pizza crust
  • 2 shredded chicken breasts, cooked

Directions

  1. 1. In medium saucepan over low heat, stir together cream, butter, and cream cheese until fully melted.
  2. 2. Stir in parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Continue to cook and stir for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, place spinach in saute pan with tablespoon of water over medium high heat and saute until wilted.
  4. 4. Once spinach is wilted, place onto a clean kitchen towerl and wring out all the excess liquid by twisting towel. Add dried spinach to sauce.
  5. 5. Spread sauce on pizza crust.
  6. 6. Place artichoke pieces over sauce. Place shredded chicken over pieces. Top with cheese.
  7. 7. Bake 15 minutes - or until cheese is brown. Let sit 5 minutes before slicing.
