Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 C butter
- 2 T cream cheese
- 3/4 C grated parm cheese
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 1/2 C mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 6 oz. fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 can artichoke hearts, finely chopped
- pizza crust
- 2 shredded chicken breasts, cooked
Directions
- 1. In medium saucepan over low heat, stir together cream, butter, and cream cheese until fully melted.
- 2. Stir in parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Continue to cook and stir for 15 minutes.
- 3. Meanwhile, place spinach in saute pan with tablespoon of water over medium high heat and saute until wilted.
- 4. Once spinach is wilted, place onto a clean kitchen towerl and wring out all the excess liquid by twisting towel. Add dried spinach to sauce.
- 5. Spread sauce on pizza crust.
- 6. Place artichoke pieces over sauce. Place shredded chicken over pieces. Top with cheese.
- 7. Bake 15 minutes - or until cheese is brown. Let sit 5 minutes before slicing.
