Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 oz. plain yogurt
  • 1 cup panko

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. SLice chicken into 3" by 1" strips. Coat chicken in yogurt then panko. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
  2. Freezing Directions

  3. Cut chicken. Coat in yogurt then panko. Put on baking pan. Freeze. When frozen solid, transfer chicken sticks to gallon ziploc bag.
  4. To serve: Thaw. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
