
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 oz. plain yogurt
- 1 cup panko
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400. SLice chicken into 3" by 1" strips. Coat chicken in yogurt then panko. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Cut chicken. Coat in yogurt then panko. Put on baking pan. Freeze. When frozen solid, transfer chicken sticks to gallon ziploc bag.
- To serve: Thaw. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
