
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 8 T. butter, melted
- 1 small bag mixed vegetables (optional)
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions
- Cook chicken and shred. Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, and vegetables if using. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan and add stuffing over the top of the mixture. Add boiling water and butter Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
