Creamy Chicken Florentine

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 C halved red pepper strips
  • 10 oz. pkg. fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 20 oz. Philadelphia Savory Garlic Cooking Creme
  • 16 oz hot cooked penne pasta
  • 2 T toasted pine nuts

Directions

  1. Cook chicken and peppers in non-stick skill on medium heat for 5-6 minutes or until chicken is done. Add spinach; cook and stire 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain all but 1 T liquid. Add cooking creme; cook and stire 3 minutes. Stir in pasta. Top with nuts.
