Crispy Parmesan Chicken

Hello Fresh recipe that goes with Lemon Green Beans and Garlic Herb Couscous

Ingredients

  • 6 Chicken Breasts, trimmed and flattened
  • 4-6 green onions, whites and greens split and sliced
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 t. Hot Smoked Paprika
  • 3/4 c. Shredded Parmesan
  • 6 T. Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Thinly slice green onions, separating whites from greens. Zest and quarter the lemon.
  2. Combine panko, parmesan, paprika, a large drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper. Brush the chicken with sour cream to coat on a sheet pan. Mound the topping on and spread while pressing to coat the top of chicken.
  4. Roast for 15-17 minutes.
  5. Serve with greens of green onions and lemon quarter. Save the zest and whites of green onion for green beans and couscous.
