
Ingredients
- 6 Chicken Breasts, trimmed and flattened
- 4-6 green onions, whites and greens split and sliced
- 1 Lemon
- 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 3 t. Hot Smoked Paprika
- 3/4 c. Shredded Parmesan
- 6 T. Sour Cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425. Thinly slice green onions, separating whites from greens. Zest and quarter the lemon.
- Combine panko, parmesan, paprika, a large drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper. Brush the chicken with sour cream to coat on a sheet pan. Mound the topping on and spread while pressing to coat the top of chicken.
- Roast for 15-17 minutes.
- Serve with greens of green onions and lemon quarter. Save the zest and whites of green onion for green beans and couscous.
