Enchiladas

Easy cheesy enchiladas that taste like they came from Anchor Inn.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 pkg. William's chili seasoning
  • 4 T. water
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 16 tortillas, flour or corn

Directions

  1. Brown hamburger and drain. Pour chili seasoning in a skillet or pan large enough that a tortilla can lay flat in the bottom. Add water, just enough to be a little more moist than a paste. Dip tortillas in chili seasoning and fill with about 2 tablespoons of hamburger each and sprinkle with cheese. Fold tortillas and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes.
  2. Wrap leftover enchiladas individually in foil and freeze for an easy, quick snack.
