Garlic Panko Steak Topping

A garlic topping that goes great on steak or pork chops.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Panko
  • 1/2 c. Melted Butter
  • 1 c. Parmesan, finely grated
  • 6 Garlic Cloves, chopped

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan and lightly sauté the garlic for a few minutes until it smells fragrant but not long enough turn brown.
  2. Pulse ingredients in a food processor. Spread out in a thin layer in the shape of the steaks on parchment paper. Freeze for 30-45 minutes.
  3. Slightly undercook the steaks and top with the frozen topping. Broil under high until evenly brown.
