
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Panko
- 1/2 c. Melted Butter
- 1 c. Parmesan, finely grated
- 6 Garlic Cloves, chopped
Directions
- Melt butter in a saucepan and lightly sauté the garlic for a few minutes until it smells fragrant but not long enough turn brown.
- Pulse ingredients in a food processor. Spread out in a thin layer in the shape of the steaks on parchment paper. Freeze for 30-45 minutes.
- Slightly undercook the steaks and top with the frozen topping. Broil under high until evenly brown.
