
Ingredients
- 3 cans cream style corn
- 3 eggs
- 6 T. milk
- 1 1/2 packages saltine crackers
Directions
- Mix eggs and corn in bowl. Put 1-2 TB of milk in empty corn cans and swirl. Mix in with eggs and corn. Crush crackers in package. Add crackers to mixture. Add pepper and other seasonings. Bake in Grandma's casserole dish, uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Add butter on edges of corn. Remove from oven when all of top is browned.
