
Ingredients
- 2 C old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 C ground wheat germ or flax seed
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 C chopped nuts
- 1 C coconut
- 1 C raisins
- 1/4 C sugar-free syrup
- 3 T vegetable or canola oil
- 1 T water
Directions
- Heat oven to 275 F. Pam 9x13 pan. Mix oats, wheat germ or flax seed, brown sugar, salt, nuts, and coconut in bowl. Bring syrup, water, and oil to simmer in saucepan over low heat. Drizzle syrup mixture over oat mixture and stir to combine. Pour mixture in to pan. Squeeze cereal in to small clumps. Bake for 30 minutes. Stir in raisins. Bake 15 minutes longer. Let cool. Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
