Granola Bars (Monster Cookie)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup rice krispies
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 2/3 cup honey or agave or maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup m&Ms or chocolate chips

Directions

  1. 1. Combine oats, flax, and rice cereal.
  2. 2. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.
  3. 3. Mix everything until it is thoroughly coated.
  4. 4. Spoon into a baking dish or cookie sheet.
  5. 5. Add chocolate chips on top.
  6. 6. Press firmly into pan.
  7. 7. Let bars "rest" for 30 minutes before devouring.
