Granola Bars (Monster Cookie)
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup rice krispies
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 2/3 cup honey or agave or maple syrup
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup m&Ms or chocolate chips
Directions
- 1. Combine oats, flax, and rice cereal.
- 2. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.
- 3. Mix everything until it is thoroughly coated.
- 4. Spoon into a baking dish or cookie sheet.
- 5. Add chocolate chips on top.
- 6. Press firmly into pan.
- 7. Let bars "rest" for 30 minutes before devouring.
