
Ingredients
- 4 c. instant white rice
- 2 c. tortilla chips, crushed
- 1 lb. hamburger (possibly seasoned with taco seasoning or something if you won't be offended)
- 1 14.5 oz can pinto beans or red kidney beans
- 1/2 medium white onion, chopped
- 4 oz. can sliced black olives
- 1 tomato, diced
- 4 c. chopped lettuce
- Dorothy Lynch dressing
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1 can nacho cheese sauce (yes I changed my mind)
- taco seasoning
Directions
- Brown hamburger with yellow onion then drain. Combine hamburger with taco seasoning. Cook the rice following the directions. Build the haystacks by spreading a bed of rice on the plate, followed by tortilla chips, hamburger, lettuce, onion, olives, and beans. Add Dorothy Lynch for the dressing.
