
Ingredients
- 16 oz. garbanzo beans
- 1/4 c. liquied from beans
- 5 T. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 T. Tahini sauce
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 T. olive oil
Directions
- Drain chickpeas and set aside liquid. Combine all ingredients including liquid that was set aside. Blend thoroughly for 3-5 minutes. Red chilies, cayenne, or red pepper powder can be added. Also a mint leaf can be blended into mixture.
