
Ingredients
- lettuce greens
- 1/2 c. chow mien noodles
- 3 oz. slivered or sliced almonds
- 4 T. sesame seeds
- 1/2 t. bacon bits
- 1 red onion, sliced
- Dressing:
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 6 t. tarragon vinegar
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 4 T. sugar
Directions
- Toast almonds and sesame seeds under the broiler. Shake the dressing well and toss with greens, almonds, and sesame seeds.
