
Ingredients
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 6 eggs
- 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained OR 1 lb. ham, chopped (I often mix the two.)
Directions
- Beat eggs and milk. Add sausage, bread, mustard, salt, and cheese. Mix well.
- Pour in a greased 9×13 dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake 30 min. at 350°, uncovered.
