
Ingredients
- 1 lb. mini shell or small pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 6-9 Roma tomatoes+, diced
- 3-6 green onions, chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 C oil
- 1 C white vinegar
- 1 1/4 C sugar
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 2 t yellow mustard
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 T parsely flakes
Directions
- Cook pasta. Cut vegies. Make dressing. Add pasta and vegetables. Let set over night.
