Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mini shell or small pasta, cooked and drained
  • 2 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 6-9 Roma tomatoes+, diced
  • 3-6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 C oil
  • 1 C white vinegar
  • 1 1/4 C sugar
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 2 t yellow mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 T parsely flakes

Directions

  1. Cook pasta. Cut vegies. Make dressing. Add pasta and vegetables. Let set over night.
