Sausage & Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage, italian or regular
  • 4 c. potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. pepper
  • 1/2 t. margoram
  • 2 c. water
  • 17 oz. can cream corn
  • 17 oz. can whole kernal corn
  • 12 oz. can evaporated milk

Directions

  1. Brown sausage and drain. Return sausage to pan with potatoes, seasonings, and water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer just until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Add canned corns and evaporated milk. Heat through and serve.
