
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1c. shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 10 oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 T. Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Melt butter. Add onion - 5 min.
- Stir in spinach, hearts, sour cream, cream cheese, and ¾ C Parmesan cheese, ¾ C. Monterey Jack, Tabasco, salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour into ½ qt. casserole dish, top with leftover cheese. Bake 350º cheese will brown -10 minutes.
- Serve with crackers or toast.
