
Ingredients
- 10 oz. spinach leaves (1 pkg.)
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 pkg dry ramen noodles, crunched up
- 1 2 oz. pkg sliced almonds
- 1/3 c. sesame seeds
- 1/4 c. butter
- Dressing:
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 T. soy sauce
Directions
- Saute ramen noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds in the butter until browned. Drain and cool.
- Mix dressing ingredients and shake well until sugar is emulsified.
- Toss spinach, green onions, and 1/2 of dressing just before serving.
